Below you will find information about exchanges and returns.  But if you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to contact us.

EXCHANGES/ RETURNS

Exchanges & returns are easy!

Write a brief note to explain the exchange or return and a reference to your Pine's Gift Shop order.  Please include your return address and phone number and enclose the note in the box with the merchandise and send it via insured mail or UPS ground to us at the following address:

CREDIT

Please allow 10 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be processed and your account credited.

Your credit card will reflect the credit for your returned item(s) and any charges for you if applicable.  We will not charge additional shipping for an exchange if it takes place within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

If the return is due to our error or defective merchandise, we will also credit shipping (by UPS ground or insured mail).  Otherwise, we will refund or credit the value (excluding delivery charges) and any taxes you were charged in the same transaction as the original purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for postage on returned merchandise and for shipping and handling charges unless we concur that a return is due to our error or defective merchandise, in which case we will credit for return shipping by UPS ground or insured mail. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that merchandise arrives damaged, we will work with you to arrange a refund or replacement but ask that you please call us at 218-346-5435 so we can instruct you on how to document the damage so that we can in turn work with the carrier to quickly remedy the situation.
